Kashiwara's Industry Is About More Than Just Grapes Introducing Companies in Kashiwara City

The oldest existing winery in western Japan.
This 110-year-old winery began making wine by applying fermentation techniques from sake brewing and traditional Japanese methods.
They are working to preserve and pass on the tradition of Osaka's grapes and wine, which once made the area the top producer in Japan.
